If you would like to submit your payment online via payroll deduction, visit the Foundation web site.  In addition, please complete and forward your LFSA Membership application to lfsa@santarosa.edu.

If paying by check, make check payable to Santa Rosa Junior College Foundation. Write LFSA in the memo line and forward your payment with this application to Jesus Nieto, Health Sciences in the William Race Bld.
